The seated massage is based on the Japanese traditional art of accupression. It is composed of different movements which work your shoulders, back, neck, hips, arms,hands and the head directly over the clothes; Acting on the meridian lines the AMMA-Massage gives back tonicity and vitality while getting a pleasant relaxation. Avignon, Saint-Remy-de-Provence and les Baux-de-Provence are all within 20 to 40 minutes car drive.
